I can’t ware them the wire is to big to go through the holes in my ears. Also the are pretty heavy.

Hi Lisa, sorry that you didn't like the earrings. We send exactly what we show and describe. We offer switching out ear wires for free if someone is uncomfortable. I did reach out to you to switch out the ear wires for thinner ones but never heard back. We also offer a full refund if you are unhappy and ship them back in our given window of 14 days after you receive them.
